Our Story
Why Watchful Raven Exists
Watchful Raven was founded by a veteran cybersecurity operator with over two decades of experience building and leading enterprise-scale cyber defense programs. Our founder has stood up SOC functions from scratch, guided organizations through high-impact incidents, led large-scale security transformations, and served at the executive level with direct board exposure.
What they observed, across every role and every organization, was a persistent gap: smaller and mid-sized organizations were left behind. The tools were too complex, the consultants too expensive, and the guidance too generic to be actionable. Watchful Raven exists to close that gap, bringing the same discipline, rigor, and practitioner instinct that protects large enterprises to the organizations that need it most.
